Terri and I just returned from the second of two phenomenal leadership weekends in whPhoenixich we met many, many incredible people!  We flew back on a Hawker 1000 with Orrin and Laurie Woodward and had a great time talking about the future and laughing until we cried.

My heart is so warm and my head is so full with all the great shared experiences of these two weekends.  What an incredible bunch of people we met and spent time with! We are so blessed!  Thanks to all of you who stood in line to have your book signed, thanks to all of you who worked so hard to make these events so successful, a2355635506_6e69b7109dnd thanks to all of you who participated and made lasting memories with us.  North America is filled with winners who are striving to grow and change and lead and make a difference for the future.  We salute you and thank you for being on this journey with us!

Thank you Chris and Teri for making this trip so thrilling! You both are a big part of what makes the Team difference different. Your Godly leadership example is duplicated in many many of the Team leaders. Teri – your talk on the parents being educated by the news anchor was powerful! Chris – your lesson on driving the car was fantastic!Lead on!

    Chris and Terri,
From one of your original bloggers, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for a tremendous weekend. My Mom, and my Aunt Ellen crossed stage as Star 1000’s and my cousin Sheila crossed as a Star 500. That was the coolest part of the weekend, well that and my upline hitting gold in 30 days. That was awesome.
I just wanted to let you know how cool it is to hear my Mom and her sister who just attended their first ever function just raving about Chris and Terri, Orrin and Laurie, Randy and Val, Bill and Jackie. You guys continue to impact the newest members of the Team. I love you guys for that.
To see how excited they were, how fired up they to come home and get after it, has made my year.
Oh, yeah. We are just getting started.
    ๐Ÿ™‚
Thank you and Terri for signing my book.
    I love the Team.

    PS
Thanks to all the people that I have never met who came up and talked to me about the blogs.
I got to meet some friends I only knew from here, in the real world, and that was very cool.
Thanks Chris and Orrin for providing the blogs.

Thanks again for such a phenomenal weekend. On Sunday I brought our 14 year old son and today he contacted a waiter start to finish, got his name, and his cell number – and yeah, I got one today too! Thanks for instilling inspiration, hope, belief, encouragement and unity. What a nice change. I gotta meet Terri someday! I remember her old tape where she was told to do something with her downline ladies and she said, “Ahhh…anybody wanna play football?” That’s so ME!
Thanks again. AZ loves you guys.

My comment here is three fold, so please bear with me.
First, Ian, I tried so hard to track you down (especially after seeing you walk during recognition!) in Phoenix, just so I could shake your hand from all of the insightful comments you’ve posted here and on other blogs. Also, I just thought it would be neat to know that readers of the same blog were able to meet and greet eachother. Congratulations, and I hope to see you walk across that stage many times over.
    Chris & Terri,
Thank you for signing my wife’s (Jillian) book and my calendar. Firstly, it means so much to us. Second, and most important, we had brought someone new to their first Major, and they got to see first hand how down to earth and real you two are. It meant even more to all of us that you remembered who we were (as if you would ever forget; we knew you wouldn’t. It’s hard to forget a guide dog Terri was able to pet!). Our new couple have been raving about all the speakers there like it was their first taste of ambrosia. They want MORE!
It meant even more so when Terri realized and understood the struggles we had been through when Jill mentioned her favourite of Terri’s quotes: Delays are not denials. It meant so very much, and we just can’t say thank you enough.
We look forward to seeing and meeting everyone again at the next Major, and the many others to come.
    BL.
