I thought it might be appropriate to share here the great news that Terri's brain surgery went very well and she is presently in ICU beginning the road to recovery.  Continued prayers are asked for as infection, bleeding, and leaking of the brain's fluid can still occur.  Also, she will have significant pain and muscle stiffness as she presses through the coming days.

The outpouring of friendship, cards, letters, emails, blog postings, and prayers has been truly overwhelming!  I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.  We could not have gotten this far in this ordeal without God, to Him be the glory, and without all of you and your warm friendship and encouragement.  We have learned who our true friends are, and they are legion!

Thank you all once again!

Chris, I know you don’t know me, but I just read Orrin’s Blog about what AMWAY is doing! My prayers are doubly with you and Terri, I wish there was something I could do to stop this destraction. I beleive you’re a man of principle and priority – Terri couldn’t have a better support Team. I also know that “easy ain’t in ya!”.

Hey Bradyman, we Clouse’s had no doubt that she would be fine. She and you are on a mission from God, to paraphrase the Blue’s Brothers, and I don’t think He will let anything happen until the mission is complete. You take care of that lovely lady and we will build the team. We got your back!

    Hello, Chris!
I am exceedingly happy for Terri, you and your children! My family and I are praying fervently for a cessation of pain & muscle stiffness immediately and total and complete recovery quickly!
You and your family have been on my mind ever since she dropped that bombshell in Louisville!
Chris, you & Terri are such down to Earth people, not to mention excellent speakers & great teachers, that I feel as if I’ve known you as personal friends for many years!
I was SO happy to see Orrin leaving terribrady.info on his blog for all of us to follow this wonderful ladies progress! (Thank You, Orrin!)
Thanks, Tim, for putting up the page for following Terri’s progress.

Hi Chris…My wife and I were in Quixtar and broke away also (we were in Mark Carlisles group). We may not get into the MonVie business even though we love the product….But I digress here. We have always loved to hear you guys speak at all the functions and would have loved to meet you guys but that did not work out. Our prayers are with you both during these times. We’re so glad to hear Terri is doing well. We know the road ahead may be a little tough (I’m a firefighter/paramedic and my Wife was an ER RN) but we know things will work out. We know you have a strong support group but if there’s anything we can do, please let us know.

    Chris,
Thank you so much for the news on Terri!! You both have been in my thoughts and prayers since Terri shared her news in Louisville, and especially all day today. Thanks also to Terri’s brother Tim for his blogging efforts.
I have always enjoyed reading your blog and hearing you speak. You make me laugh and think, and that’s not an easy combination to maintain over the long haul!
Listening to you and Terri together, it is obvious you are true helpmates and partners. You are truly a team greater than the sum of your parts, though the parts are great, too!
I don’t believe God isn’t finished with either of you yet. May His richest blessings of care, healing and love be on you, Terri and your beautiful family!
With love and prayers from a member of Team Legacy DMT,

    Chris,
Thank you so much for the update. I have been praying for Terri since she gave us the news in Louisville. I am so happy for your whole family and will continue to pray for her recovery. Let Terri know that she is a phenomenal woman and inspiration to me. See you in St. Louis unless we are lucky enough to have you do a seminar in Madison, WI before then. God Bless you and your family.

    Chris,
Our prayers are with you and Terri as you go through this journey. There is no doubt in our mind that she will come through this ordeal in record setting time because that’s the kind of special lady she is.
You have become a special part of our lives although you don’t know us. We drove 5 hours each way to see you speak at a monthly seminar in Phoenix almost a year ago now. There was five of us total including our 15 year old son who was the person stuck in the middle of the back seat. What was tremendous to us was in talking with him later, he said that the two sessions that he was able to hear the two of you speak (he wasn’t going to the major so he had to leave for the ticketholder) was worth the 10 hour car ride that we did. He can’t wait to go carp-bashing with you.
You and Terri both are such tremendous leaders not only to those of us involved in TEAM, but to our families as well. We are so proud to hear our son quoting system that he’s learned from you and other leaders.
As you are such a blessing to others, you too shall be blessed. Know that you are in our prayers.

Hey Terri, if you obey the advice of all your brain surgeons, does that mean you are listening to those voices in your head?
Sorry for the cheesy humor, but I thought you might need a bad joke to get you to smile through all the stuff going on. Get better soon, we all miss you!
