On this day it seems most appropriate to express gratitude and thankfulness for blessings in our lives both large and small. As for me, I am thankful for:

Chris:
Like you, my list is long.
1. God
2. Wonderful Family
3. My wonderful son
4. Wonderful Friends, of which I am blessed with many. You and Terri have become awesome wonderful friends, and I thank God you two are in my life.
5. The Team and all the leaders
6. My job, as I am fortunate to have a very good one.
7. As you said, all the hugs and smiles, and I am thankful that I can give those hugs and smiles even when maybe someone does not hug or smile back.
8. My sight, so that I am able to see all the beautiful blue skies, lovely flowers, the ocean, and so much more.
9. This wonderful country we live in.
I could go on forever.
I have truly been blessed, and on this Thanksgiving Day, I want to say thank you to my upline mentors Don and Becky Briddell, you and Terri, Orrin and Laurie, and all the leaders on the Team.
May God Bless you each and every day for all you do for us.

Things I am thankful for:
God’s continued saving grace;
To live in this great country, even as messed up as it currently is;
For my wife and our families;
For Monavie Team & our leaders & mentors;
Many more come to mind but these are the most important to me.
Thanks for all you & Orrin do to teach us all were we need to go to change the direction of this great country.

Chris,
As you have stated give THANKS to everything great and small.
One Major one though is that I still give THANKS to Our Lord & Saviour for delivering me back to my family from a very dark life on February 9th, 2005.
I give THANKS to God for introducing me to Dean & Tracie Clouse (Whom are a spectacular couple), which in turn introduced me to TEAM in 2006.
I give THANKS dearly to You, Terri, Orrin & Laurie (Along with the rest of the policy counsel) for fighting the good fight to keep this TEAM together, and continue to grow strong with MonaVie.
There are so many things to give THANKS for, but the highlight of it all is to GOD Himself for sending His Son Jesus Christ down here to Earth to give us His AMAZING GRACE! THANKS!
I’ve spent a good bit of this day reading Pastor Dickie’s book “Living for Jesus” and now I am going to feast with my family.
I pray that you and yours have a Very Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!

Chris,
I write poetry when I feel deeply about things. I wrote this on Thanksgiving Day in 1989. Somehow, it seems more appropriate every year. Your post reminded me about it.
From all of us to all of you, Happy Thanksgiving!! May your Thanksgiving be the start of a blessed, joyous and peaceful holiday season for you and the ones you love.
Blessings and Peace to You,
Cathy
Gratitude — A Thanksgiving Prayer
by Catherine Kilpatrick
I’m thankful for the flowers.
I’m grateful for the trees.
I’m awestruck by all nature
And all its wondrous beauty.
I’m thankful for the animals,
For the ones so wild and free,
And for the ones who live as friends
Among us, loving me.
I’m thankful for the heavens
And their great bright starry host.
And I’m thankful for the seasons;
There’s not one I don’t love the most.
I’m thankful for the valleys,
And the mountains rising so high.
And I’m grateful for the oceans
And the waters’ abundant supply.
I’m thankful for my family,
My children, bright and strong,
And how my spouse still loves me
When I am in the wrong.
And I’m grateful for the people
Whose love will never end,
Both family and others,
The ones I’m proud to call “Friend.”
I’m mostly thankful, though, Lord,
For the love I’ve come to know
In the ways You gently touch my heart
And cause me to quietly grow.
I’m grateful also, dear Lord,
For the gifts You’ve given me,
And the way You teach me how to use them
So You can set other spirits free.
I’m thankful for it all, Lord,
For this life that I call “Mine,”
And I’m asking You to help me
To be thankful more of the time.
And I’m asking You to shake me up
When I have a bad attitude,
That others might be drawn to You
Through my life of humble gratitude.

Please send a special thanks from Laurie and I to Terri.
I don’t interact with Terri that often, but when I do, I feel the experience was a blessing.
My wife, on the other hand, has been tremendously blessed by Terri on numerous occassions and in great ways. It shows in her daily living. If Laurie is around Terri on the days where I blow it, I can be sure that Terri will be an encouragement to her.
*I know it’s a good thing to cite specific examples to make the compliment sincere, but let’s not in this case:)
Thanks Terri!

Chris,
I missed someone on my list, but it was only because she wasn’t born yet.
On the Sunday evening of Thanksgiving weekend (November 30), our very first brand new grandchild, Keyna Lynn, greeted the world for the first time! She is precious and wonderful and absolutely perfect. (I am told by those who know that is a sentiment shared by grandparents regarding their grandbabies world-wide.)
Needless to say, Papa and Nana (my husband Bob and me) are very thankful for this wonderful new blessing in our lives!! We are also very thankful for all the Mona Vie her Mommy (our daughter) drank while pregnant . . .
