    Chris,
Just got home from the Major. What an amazing experience! The TEAM culture is back! You could feel it in the air. Your contribution to the church service this morning was very moving to me. Thank you. May God continue to bless and use you to reach a million and beyond!

    Chris:
This was an awesome talk. I am so glad I was there for it. We were made to be doing – those are such simple and easy words, but so powerful. You gave a talk a little whiole back on excellence vs. mediocrity, and this reminded me so much of that. I have that quote on my office door.
I was also blown away by your message on Sunday morning that you so eloquently shared. You had me in tears. You have such a reach of influence, but oh my, I had no idea that your spiritual side could reach so many. You and Terri are truly a blessing.
God Bless and thank you so much.

You did such a great job on that speech, one of the first things I did when I got home last night was to set my FB status to that Leo Tolstoy quote! Haven’t gotten t0o much support for it (although if you’re looking for people who can relate to not being idle… Facebook may not be the best place to do so…). Makes a GREAT contact though:
Unknowing prospect: “What? Of COURSE you can be idle and at ease! What does that even mean??”
Me: “Funny you should ask…what are you doing in about thirty minutes?”

Chris: With the way you spiritifically broke down (I think we’re all allowed to make up a word every now and then), that message on Sunday morning in Louisville, we think Pastor Dickie might have a hard time getting his job back. Love Pastor Dickie, though. Thank you for all your dedication to seeking and finding the Truth and using every talented bone in your body to share it with the rest of us. If the rest of the world really understood what’s going on, they would know that you and Orrin aren’t just Top 30 global leadership gurus, you’re the TOP 2 – PERIOD!

    Chris,
Good stuff!! In our Fall 2009 Issue we featured Joe Paterno “Paterno’s Pioneering Approach” – magazine cover created by artist Ron Crawford the title “Excellence Demands Sacrifice” – thought you would enjoy this
