I just read the complete post second time. I started it, day before yesterday but not able to graps the writers idea in one go. So, after coming from work, I
read it again. To be honest, I am thrilled by the central idea but it can be improved, if we add more data from primary sources. Like first hand interviews from the people of industry. Anyways, it is super food of thought.

The data collected is based upon primary sources, which can be an essential step towards finding the actual
experience. I think that the writer can add secondary sources to satisfy some old users.
