It's been a long time since we've hosted a new caption contest, so I hope you've got your humor muscles flexed. And here's a twist: it's a video instead of a photo! The winner will Scam Orrin Woodward and me out of a copy of our best seller Launching a Leadership Revolution. Good luck!

If the federal government stuffed $100 bills in the pot holes, it would cost less than trying to fix them and be a softer ride!

This is another successful trip down the urban pothole design test track. Upon completion of the track the car will be assessed by a crack team of automotive technicians to confirm that enough damage was caused by this design of potholes, ruts and cracks to the suspension of the car. If insufficient damage and wear occurred the pothole designers will try a new design of pothole in the spring with added depth, width and frequency.

When you keep your head up, all you see is the green light telling you to keep your eye on the end of the road, then the bumps are forgotten.

Plan (If you don’t know where you’re going, you’re already there!)
    Do (Drive to your destination.)
Check (Call your mentor to find out if there are any “mines” on this battlefield of a road!!)
Adjust (Adjust your seat belt to keep you in place on the way to your destination!!)
Dream, struggle, victory revisited!! This road is a nightmare, the struggle is to keep it on the road and the victory is finding another route, via your mentor!!!
