Hey Chris, the Kinkade housing development you speak of is in my hometown of Vallejo, CA where we have an Open Mtg! I’ve driven around the area but have never been inside any of the homes. I know a couple folks who live there and you’ve inspired me to go check em out further. I’ll let you know of I find anything cool! Thanks for sharing the nuggets about Kinkade, I’ve got some artist friends who I will loan the cd to.
